Ya, take all the advice here so far. Don't do anything partial. Offer a refund if you want, but other than that it's a done deal. Offer to send him a real american blue sharpie and he can do a touch up :)

Agree with the consensus. Guy changed his address to pay less in shipping, then complains upon receipt that he didn't look at your listing close enough. He sure looked close enough to figure out how to pay less on s/h price.
Polite, but firm. Return with tracking for full refund, or you got a deal on s/h and you're fine.

Update. Told him politely to keep it or send them back. He responds and says my listing was not clear and the image was not good enough to see the spot and he wants 30 back or he will leave a negative feedback. I tell him according to policy I will not and if he leaves a neg I a will have to appeal and report him. He leaves a neg and opens a paypal claim for 50 bucks. Gentleman is definitely a scammer. Username is mitme. Everyone should block him. Will let you know what happens.

Don't let him extort you like that. Besides, if he has admitted in writing that he's going to do that, Ebay should remove the neg right away. Besides, as a buyer only, I don't freak out over 1 or 2 negs. You can't please everyone, it's impossible. I only stay away from sellers where negative feedback becomes a pattern.

your ebay listing scan is clear to me, I could see the auto and the mark is there If I am spending 350 I would be sure about each auto and asked for a larger scan or ask the seller about it.
He tried to scam you in the shipping cost and now wants a refund or partial refunbd becasue its not 100% in his eyes.
I would not do any refund, your listing was accurate and he is just trying to get money back and still keep the card.
if he open paypal dispute, let them know of his attempt to scam you out of the shipping cost.
also ebay should remove neg until dispute is resovled.

What I bolded. I strictly state in my auctions overseas bidders please message before bidding(which they don't because most don't read auctions, they see a price, see a scan, and punch in a number). I hate to say it but shipping to Russia is risky business, and personally I'd rather not deal with the headache. I have not had a single problem from buyers in Sweden, Finland, Slovakia, etc. but Russia always seems to give some sort of trouble, whether it's shipping, changing addresses, etc.

Send his messages to E-bay as they break the feedback extortion policy. Then call the E-bay customer service line. I had this problem with buyers who had USA addresses suddenly change to China. I only sell to Canada and the USA. I put in big bold letters in RED that I only ship to Canada and USA right in the listing and set it up so no one but residents of the USA and Canada can bid. You do not need to ship to these idiots as they some how got around your shipping policy some how. Ebay is on your side on this one. They will cancel the transaction. Now that you sent the items and accepted the money its difficult to do anything about except accept the fact you are out some cash but don't send anything back. Without talking to E-bay first. Hope this helps. Saved me a lot of cash.

Hey thanks for the help. I escalated his dispute to a claim and let big brother sort it out.
Please send me your list. Do not want to deal with these clowns again. Thanks!
