My Last Straw with Upper Deck
I pulled a Sam Ganger Ice Scripts a long time ago, phoned in and was told I were to be receiving it within in 16 weeks... it's been about 9 months since the 16 weeks passed up, and I cannot get any answers from anyone. This is my last straw with Upper Deck. Anyone else have issues like this before?

Yeah... I doubt that happening lol, but definitely will prefer to buy Panini from now on. They just are going downhill fast IMO. Scary.

I just got a 10/11 Playoff Contenders Nick Leddy redemption 2 days ago. It had only been 15 months. I'd honestly forgotten all about it.............
Redemptions are crappppppppp, no matter who you're buying from...........

Hate to say but Panini is no better. I had a Stamkos auto from 2010-11 score over 1 year and 2 months of calling to find out where it is only to find they will not make it and will send me another Stamkos they feel is equal in value to the Score one. They sent me a contenders booked at $60 out of 25 the Score one was supposed to be to 10 and a tougher pull basically my case hit. I also have 27 redemptions pending all over 8 months old 2 being 14 months old they say they are coming 6 weeks later still not here. At least UD sent back fair beckett value and some extras. I got nothing but a thinks for buying panini products.

Any redemption replacement I've gotten from UD has been absolutely horrid, and they did nothing about it. I had one Red. Replacement from Panini and it ended up being equal. Also, Panini is publicly acknowledging their mistake and keeping people informed via social media. They also have done really strong in redemption replacements IMO.
UD hasn't been nice to talk to either. It seems like they all want to shoot themselves whoever I get (probably my luck). Also, I got told numerous times to complain on social media about it... we all know how that's going to go over -.-
Panini has been doing awesome with redemptions this year.

As I typed that out, I got an email from UD saying sorry for their service and that they are going to help me via email... They are safe... for now. I might complain more because I tend to get emails when I do from them LOL

I have not gotten anything from Panini so far from any of my redemptions this year that sucks. Maybe I need to call and complain some more seems to get stuff from them faster to me. Then standing by doing nothing. My problem is that redemptions are creeping into more and more products every year. I understand the rookie redemptions as they need to wait for the player to appear in a game but these repeat offenders who don't sign need to go. I hate getting a box hit or case hit and its a bloody redemption card especially if its a crappy player. Even worse when that crappy player does not sign.

And after I put posted this lol All but my Von Miller Certified 2011 /25 Jersey Auto are now on there way FEDEX! do to be here tomorrow. I apologies PANINI. But please in the future GET THESE ATHLETES YOU SIGN TO CONTRACTS TO SIGN THE BLOODY STICKERS OR DON'T PAY THEM! Maybe that will get these guys to sign the stickers if the money stops coming in.
