What about Mark Scheifele, his cards are selling at quite a fair premium right now, especially the SPX rookie patches and the Contenders rookie patches

To be honest if you look at last years ice /99 rc's most cup are from that, except bobrovsky. So you could argue that any of the 10 that are in this years ice /99 set could be a /99 cup rc. I'd say nuge, landy, coho, couter, Leblanc, and Scheifle(doubtful as he didnt play) all as potentials.

My guess (if we ever see 11-12 The Cup released in this century):
RNH, Landeskog, Hodgson, Couturier, Scheifele, Zibanejad
Early on in the season, these were the 6 rookies that UD seemed to deem as "important". Not sure how early The Cup cards are produced though

Did any rookie goalies get a start or a few this year? Ben Scrivens had a bunch. But he won't be a /99 RC.

Johansen should be one. He is a 4th OA pick at a position that the hobby loves.

That would kind of be a waste IMO.... he is a 25 year old that isn't even eligible for the Calder trophy because of his age.

My guess: Hodgson, RNH, Landeskog, Larsson, Cooter, Leblanc. There is always a defenceman lol.
