    See, MY problem with the Crosby rookie year auto, is that it's an oversize card, and I've never seen a penny sleeve for those larger cards. 05-06 Beehive. Is there a recessed holder for these?

    Check out the Ultra-Pro website. They have tons of stuff there. They must have something with a recession.

    Put it in a penny sleeve and then the lucite. Some older cards have had the cards stick to each side of the lucite, so when you opened it 10 years later, the card tears.

    That would suck.lol. My main concern would be the pulling and pressure on the card. I think the lucite would be great, if you never planned on opening the holder again
