Ebay Seller: WARNING
Just received my Crosby in the mail:http://www.ebay.com/itm/180961177176 - notice the lighting on the picture...
Seller: esper_holdings
It's crimped above and below the white swatch in person. It came in a PWE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Already messaged him, he better give me a full refund. Stupid me, I gave feedback before I looked at it, most of my ebay stuff has been good to go. Can I retract my feedback?
grrrrrrrrr, I know this happens sometimes but first time to me. Luckily not THAT expensive but it's about the principle.

jeez, a more professional response would have been nice. I dont believe there is any way you can alter feedback after you have left it. Just like you said, luckily it wasnt a bigger item.

I've actually had trouble with that seller before as well. He had another ebay account, sold me a Tim Erixson Silhouette card that had a dent on the back of the card, and made me pay through paypal instead of ebay because of "switching email accounts" or something like that. Anyways after I paid through paypal he closed the account I bought it from, so I had to file a complaint through paypal. Well two weeks later I finally hear back from him asking why I didn't get ahold of him.. but I couldn't because the ebay account had been deleted. Very hard to understand, but he did give me a refund.. he just wasn't happy about it.

Nice Answer from the seller. Not even sure if you made a claim with Paypal if you will even get anything back since you left positive feedback on E-bay already and Ebay basically owns Paypal. All the seller needs to do is say hey he left positive feedback why is he asking for a refund and Ebay will deny your claim. (he/she probably knows this) I always shy away from poor scans or pictures. I am sure this guy knew there was damage, just like the guys selling the OPC black & whites know that they are not autographs but claim they are. Anyways good luck. This guy gives all sellers on Ebay a bad name.

Sadly, sounds like a, ya just gotta eat it scenario....probably something most of us have had to do at least once. As a beginner on ebay back in the day, I also jumped the gun giving positive feedback...sadly it was for a Gretz auto, never did receive it. Thankfully I have noticed Karma takes care of these things, you will pull a "hit" and he will get hit by a truck ;P

He sounds like he failed the "must know English to live here" class. What a syndrome.
