Hence why I went with OEL... it was only a matter of time before he came through... he's the next Lidstrom.

I'm sorry but comparing OEL to Lidstrom?

I think you're a bit off on that one but I guess time will tell.

Have you seen the way he plays? It's eerily similar, mainly due to the fact with the way he modelled his play style. Not saying he'll be as great as Lidstrom, there's a chance he could be, but he's going to be a very strong dman for years to come. Never seen a player at 20 be able to play with that much poise with or without the puck and play a under the radar, not flashy, but super effective game. The way he plays both sides of the puck is top notch. And, since he's Swedish, it's the easiest comparison to make. Watching him live is truly a treat.

Also, I picked up a mini side project I hope I can complete. I need 3 more 1/1s from the NHL Ink series... 2 defencemen and a goalie.

Okay to be fair I haven't seen many Coyotes games, but then outside of Phoenix heck even in Phoenix who has LOL. I'm sure he does play well like you said but at only a season and a half of NHL Playing experience for a team like Phoenix I think it would be way too early to even consider comparing him to a Future HOF'er who many rate as one of the best to ever play the position.

Yeah, but it's easy to do. If he keeps up his pace, it'll be fun to watch.
