Updating and improving the country's infrastructure has positive long-term affects and it creates short-term positive affects for those it employs which prevents the economy from going backwards (which even you must admit is better than stagnation).

in my opinion pretty much all of them. I have give you all you need. I am sure you will find something that you disagree with.
Fact is Teapublicans have taken over the House. NOTHING the Democrats purposed was going to pass. The GOP in Congress had one agenda. Make Obama a one term President. The Teapublicans have done NOTHING! Again say to you NOTHING in aiding of job creation. But guess what he has been happening without the Teapublicans help! In the last 32 months 5.3 million Private sector jobs added -Unemployment rte dropped from 9.0 to 7.8. More reason for NOT Vote for the Republicans and oust a number of the Tea baggers posing as US Representatives. So instead so showing what they have blocked why dont you show what they have done to help...

All of them? Just name one for starters, and how was it going to help our economy?

Correct on both points, but at some point in time, it must stop. Otherwise, why don't we just print/borrow an unlimited amount of money for infrastructure projects?

I didn't know Obama had an economic plan. What is it? What legislation was proposed that the republicans wouldn't agree to, and how would it have benefited our country had it been passed?

I'm pretty sure no legislation can be introduced by Obama and receive any Republican support. Have gave three that the Reps screwed around with, youve given zero that they actually worked with him on. That tells me they're more worried about partisanship than the nation. I don't see that changing if Romney wins.
