This happens every year wiht the same teams. They need teams with all stars on the playoffs so that fans can actually want to see them. This is no surprise but it is what it is.

I remember watching that Nuggets game they show on there. Dwight was literally tackling Kenneth the whole game, Dwight ended up with 2 fouls, Kenneth fouled out.

There is no doubt in my mind it's rigged, after the Nuggets playoff series against the Thunder a couple of years back all doubt left my mind.

If you don't think it's going on at this point you're a Heat, OKC, or Laker fan.

The vintage "Blacksox" scandal in MLB, the Pete Rose betting Scandal, and how many NFL ref's have been in question? the NBA is no different. Anyone remember the "Jordan Rules" ???

Just wanted to point out that Jordan Rules had nothing to do with the refs.

While this is true, the NBA takes it to a new level, controlling whole games, not just making the occasional favorable call for a superstar.

Oh and btw, yeah for some reason Melo never received the favorable calls.

It's because there are fewer noticeable stars in the NBA. It's more noticeable but now that the few have consolidated into a few teams, it smells worse. It makes good business sense, but that ignores this thing called fairness which is essential to competition.

I realize what the "Jordan Rules" were, I was lucky enough to be able to watch it for a few years. But after a few years, if you breathed the wrong way at Michael, you were called for a foul.

I can see how this could look bad....but then again...there's a LOT of laker haters out there as a whole who look for things like this.I'm sure if someone took the time to go through many games of other teams....you could make a video of the same. The fact that the lakers are trying for a playoff spot only magnifies the conspiracy.
