I've been to about eight Phillies games this year and I don't think I've seen him sign once. He was awesome when he was managing in Triple-A, but I don't know that has translated to the bigs

He signed IP the one ST came i went to this season for a strong hour atleast. Also took pictures with folks before the game.

Personally, I have not had a problem with him yet. Maybe its because I am 15 but he has SS'ed two baseballs for me and even included HoF inscriptions on them

No HOF 05 inscription as requested but my 8x10 came back in a little over a week after being mailed.
