It's a 30 year old All-star ticket that was unused. It's not rare and not worth that much. When did $30 become "so much"? The average eBay price is about $60-$80.

Yeah, it's marked on the ticket it's the 50th Anniversary of the All-Star Game. Fun fact: the first AS game was also played at Comiskey
