I have no idea what 600 million you are talking about... but if there is any surplus, it goes back into the system...
and yes.. the website cost about 300 million dollars. I will be very upset if we do not sue the canadian company that did not do their job properly

The whole thing was being presented as a boondoggle for a government to profit. Again, I, as a Canadian citizen, profit, if you're going to go that far down the rabbit hole.
