Most sought after non auto non memorabilia rookie parallel every year.

It will be a very expensive PC ..... also one that IMO would be quite boring .... seeing as not even close to most of these hit ebay .... so you might be waiting months between pickups

Yeah I agree with canucks, this would be insanely hard to complete, even if you had an unlimited supply of cash to spend (because it won't be cheap), you may not even see some of them.

it's really hard to predict how this card would do if it's a auction. Some collector may just decide to bid really high and you may need to put a lot of money aside to win auction on those. So it can be depressing if you keep loosing them and may feel bad if you end up overpaying. Mainly demand his high and only ten cards exist so very unpredictable.

I think we understood you did not want to do the set as it would be probably not even possible. What we are saying is if you want to collect impact player you need deep pocket, if this is not a issue then have fun. I know my pocket are not deep enough so I stay far from those. The positive is they can be easier to resell down the road then many other cards. But if you buy them when they come out, hard to say but you could take a loss if you resell them. I know what I collect after 40 years I never sold them back. SO to me the most expensive card I bought was 2,600$ and still don't regret it but I can't buy those every years. I still have it and enjoy it. So all depend what type of collector you are.

Best way to know is to try it. If after a while you realize it's not working for you then you can always send them down ebay and recoup some money. It's like me, I collect Montreal Canadiens. But so many cards sell so high, I can't get all the big cards so at least I have fun getting the lower and mid end stuff. Once in a while I will get some really nice one to boost the PC.

As far as your original question goes, my gut on a HG Monahan YG would be somewhere in the $200-$225 range. Not sure if you could get it for that, but at that price there might be a little room to grow. I like to at least have a *chance* of making a little $$ on the high-end stuff.

    >>> I wrote that before looking on eBay and seeing that one on offer for $599 OBO. IMO that is waaaay high for that and I still feel comfortable that $200-$225 is reasonable.
