I believe their target model was for cards with a value of $1.00 or more. COMC is great for cards like that, and for making offers on more expensive cards to get them at a better price. The only frustrating thing about the offers is that you can't communicate with the seller, so if there is a card you really want but the price is much too high, you are out of luck. Other than that, it is a great site. They are continuing to add new search features since their slit with Beckett, and I hope it will continue to grow so I can keep selling my cards and buying new ones.

I am not a fan of sending my high end stuff to them. Seems weird. I would rather use buy it now best offer on ebay and pay the fees.

Don't know what kind of stuff you've got for sale, what kinds of prices you're asking.... but I'm having no trouble selling there. I've done about $50 in sales the last week.
Mind you, my prices are pretty cheap. I regularly sell autos for $1 (sometimes less, depending on what it is). GU, Numbered, Premium Base.... lots of this stuff is simple to move out, if you're will price it to sell. Some stuff I'll
I might be okay making 5 cents a card, if we're talking about some mid-90s one-per-pack parallel (score black ice, collector's choice reserve, stuff like that).
I've sold nearly 700 cards since last September, and have over 1200 more being loaded into my account as we speak (plus another 1100 still in my account, unsold). I've pumped a lot of money into their site, but I've got a lot back out of it too (more than enough to justify my use of the site).
To be perfectly honest, I probably would sell much high-end stuff there.... but I've been finding with cards I figure should sell for $2 or $3, I can actually get it on COMC, where as eBay I never could.
COMC is great for the $1-$10 cards. If it's worth much more than that, I'd probably prefer trying to sell here or eBay. Keeps the card in my hand (I could also trade it) too.

How fast does COMC ship? Never used it before but looking at it I could certainly use some stuff listed.

I've always found it to be reasonably quick, but not super quick. Of course you're in the USA so you may find it fast than I do: Shipping USA to Canada takes a while, USA to USA probably does not.

I've found some soild stuff on COMC but then i've also found set killers that the seller has a stupid high price on (way above both BV and eBay SV).

Yes. Some of the prices on Comc are just absurd.

if you see things overpriced, keep an eye out for a seller running a % off promotion. I've popped a couple higher priced cards during sales when they're down to normal pricing.

I like the site and it is its purpose but has many downsides as well like most things.
