Not useless at all. If a group of armed thugs try to break in your house to kill you and your family. Would you rather attempt to do something to fight back or just sit back and do nothing?Drug and smoke free trading.

As romantic as fighting back is, if I'm going down I'm going down, so spilling more blood didn't actually protect me, it just spilled more blood.
In the case presented with the kkk, I understand taking down as many of them as possible, but just random thugs? I protected nothing.

Dosen't matter. I will fight to the death to protect my family.

And what I'm saying is you're not protecting anything.

So what is the alternative? Die like a coward instead of fighting like a man.

The alternative is preventative measures.
Honestly, I have no problem with you owning a gun. It's the freewheeling attitude, the idea that there's no option besides a gun that bothers me. People equating owning a gun with being a man.
It's all coward talk and you buy it up. It's no different than calling "control" a ban.

People equating owning a gun with being a man.
this is a huge issue with todays youth.
I would say, PART of being proactive MAY include owning a gun and knowing how to use it.

That I can agree with.
Someone who constantly cries "it's the only way" agreeing with you looks less than honest on that person...
