Did some math for you guys...

Odds of ice premieres is .009% about 1 in 10 cases
Odds of rookie shield is .0009% about 1 in 75 cases

is that 0.009% per box? and if so I don't believe that lines up to the 1-10 cases? Maybe you mean 0.9%? I was gonna start calculating the probabilities.... but its late.... and my head started to hurt.... then my cup was dry.... long story short ill take your word for it haha

    "Ultimate Duos Jersey UDJ-CP Logan Couture/Corey Perry San Jose/Anaheim Sharks/Ducks Jersey 2 65"

Why do companies continue this STUPID practice? If you like Couture, you don't want a Perry card, and if you like Perry, you don't want a Couture card. Makes absolutely no sense. Let's make up some really limited Mario Lemieux/Bobby Clarke cards or Ryan Smyth/Jarome Iginla cards, or Zdeno Chara/Max Pacioretty cards... Absolutely the stupidest idea card companies ever came up with (besides putting players' old jerseys with pics of their new team - gotta love that Joe Thornton Sharks yellow jersey card!)

I actually really like collecting Devils/Rangers cards. Guess it's not for everyone

    Yeah I don't have a problem with Crosby/Ovechkin or Malkin/Ovechkin Crosby/Giroux cards.

I tend to agree with you here. As a Habs fan first and a collector second, there is nothing I like to see less than a Habs/Bruins shared card unless I see a Bruins player humiliated or degraded in some fashion. LOL

There are, in fact, MVP 2-on-2 Jerseys from 14-15 featuring Subban & Pacioretty / Chara & Lucic. I also have this in my collection:

Three very handsome fellas and three of the ugliest imaginable Bruins. So it goes, I guess.

In the context of a Playoff Rivalries set, sure it makes sense. But when it's just a general card....don't approve.

Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

That's why I don't collect multiplayer cards, I'm way too fussy about player selection.

If I had collected all the Marian Gaborik/Petr Kalus cards that came out back in 2007-08 it would make me sick to look at them now. Kalus never saw the NHL again.

Multi player are an interesting topic.

My PC guy, Ranford, I will collect anything. I can't wait for the 24-player GU booklet in NT :)

Aside from that, I usually stay away from multi-player GU cards. They don't fit with what I want. There's been some exceptions though...

There was an Edmonton vs Dallas card a couple of years ago. 3 players on each side. I think it was from Trilogy. As much as I hated those Dallas teams in the 90s, I had to have that card.

Edit: Looked it up. Classic Confrontations. Ryan Smyth/ Curtis Joseph/ Jason Arnott/ Jere Lehtinen/ Mike Modano/ Sergei Zubov
