I've had nothing but good experiences with Panini CS. Every time they've tossed in an extra insert or two. Upper Deck in the other hand has been hit or miss. I got 2 packs and 2 low end GU for half a box of 13-14 UD2. This includes the 4 damaged YGs. I would call Panini instead of emailing them.

I figure this is what is going to happen to my two outstanding redemptions from Panini (Crown Royale Silhouette of Jesper Fast and J.T. Miller Rookie Anthology). Without a Hockey licence, 1) they have no incentive to honour these redemptions, and 2) they have no incentive to give good replacements to keep their hockey fans happy.

I doubt it is a matter of how important Lehner is to him. The point is they are sending him two identical cheaper cards of someone who may never play in the NHL again
