He does. What is weird is that the 1996-97 Ultra has some of the best photography of the time for baseball in my opinion so I guess they really didn't care about the backs as much.

I actually think it had better photography for the basketball cards than the baseball ones but I always have baseball on my mind as that quote can attest to. Oddly enough I bought a ton of 1996-97 Ultra basketball but barely any baseball back in 1996/1997.
