dont think i want to live somewhere you can get arrested for an illegal piece of sharp metal

did this guy have a warrant or on probation? or where they just harassing?

They were problem just harassing him, although I think he ran from them when eye contact was made. (Still not an excuse to run him down IMO) I would bet though that most areas with any kind of population have laws against some sort of sharp metal objects.

no, they were doing their job of trying to keep criminals from committing crimes, if that is harassing, then they should harass all day.

habs, the only weak attempt is you backpeddeling.

Where is the backpeddling? And why are you now ignoring the "eye" witness claim? Is that your way of avoiding "backpeddling"?

and on a side note, how do you like all the info coming out of the habs backed clinton foundation? I guess when you said they did a lot for people, you meant they did a lot for the clintons.

"info" - nice choice of words. Notice how you didn't say evidence or facts?

you know what i mean,if every word of every law was enforced we all would be some form of criminal
i.e. i have a ww2 bayonet under my truck seat

so were they nit-picking for an easy arrest?

SO you are ok with folks walking around with sharp objects?? I know he was a pillar of the community with his previous 12 arrests and 6 convictions

the facts seem to elude you as well. I would rather surmise that the people who risk their life may be in the right, rather than surmise that the people who would rob, rape, and kill you are in the right.

but hey, that is just me.

you think that there would be no reason to chase down a known felon when they run because they spotted you?
I don't think you need to say anything else.

You don't even have to be a known felon. Just make eye contact with a cop and then run for it and see what happens.

What facts are eluding me? And again, what happened to your eye witness claim? The FACTS are a man is dead and he died in POLICE custody. So yes I surmise there was some foul play involved. buy hey, that's just me.

people die in custody all the time. so every prisoner who dies is the result of a bad cop/cops?

the facts that elude you are simple, read what you right.

hey were problem just harassing him,

what fact is that, what reasoning is behind this besides cops are bad?

lthough I think he ran from them when eye contact was made. (Still not an excuse to run him down IMO)

ya, don't chase a known felon who is running from you, great idea. hopefully they don't end up at one of your loved ones home.

I would bet though that most areas with any kind of population have laws against some sort of sharp metal objects.

    that is very fact filled.
