This was a few years ago now, but I got shafted out of six redemptions by UD. I trusted that my redemptions would be honoured and never checked until it was too late. After a year of waiting on these redemptions I checked their status only to find UD says they were 'shipped' months beforehand. I hadn't moved. Through phone calls and emails I learned that UD had stated that they shipped out all these redemptions although they never arrived. When I brought to their attention that nothing had arrived, they told me that they had fulfilled their end of the agreement and it was my fault that they didn't arrive (?!?)
This is a telling tale IMO. I would spend hundreds of dollars a WEEK on their products, yet didn't receive any support from them when it came to delivering on what I paid for. Ever since that day I've done my best to support every other card manufacturer EXCEPT UD whenever possible. I hope one person reads this and is disgusted enough to vote with their wallet and support a card company that ACTUALLY delivers to its customers.
Lets not forget that for every person who loses out on their redemptions, that is both money gained for UD, and now provides a card they can backdoor.

recent update according to upperdeck's facebook
"We need to make customers aware that during a migration of our redemption server at midnight on Monday, 8/17, the server went down and remained down until Tuesday afternoon, 8/18. If you entered any redemption codes at that time, please make sure they are showing on your account and reenter them if need be as they may not have registered. The new server allows us to have a more robust system that will have increased alerts and warnings to eliminate issues like this in the future. And we chose to make this upgrade at a time when we have the fewest pending redemptions in recent years with less than 9,000 waiting on fulfilment. Most of that number is waiting on athletes to return their cards to us which our Athlete Relations team is actively pursuing. We apologize for the inconvenience."

I was missing several, I have 24 outstanding UD redemptions and I was able to reenter some but then got LOCKED out of my account as is said I had entered too many invalid redemption codes.
What a mess! At least I am down to only two more to get into their system.
This is insane! What if you had entered the code and then thrown away the redemption card. Of if you had bought a redemption and only had the seller send you the code and you didn't have the card.
8/24: UD unlocked my account and I was able to get all of my missing codes back into their system. What is odd is that I have SPA FWA redemption for Gallagher that dates back to June 2014 and has always been listed as my oldest outstanding redemption. Now it shows as being redeemed on July 28, 2015?
Strange, strange!

UD sends you a confirmation email when you put in a redemption.
So as long as you didn't delete those emails you would have a record of them without having the physical card.

Surprising a thread like this doesn't get more traction then the other thread about the possibility of some base sets and gold parallel sets hitting the market. I haven't checked my UD account yet, I hope I saved my emails from them with the codes.
