How i pulled a 11-12 SPA Auto patch /25 in a 14-15 SPA pack ???

Hi , i just recently renewed my love for the hockey hobby by buying a 14-15 SPA pack and i pulled a 11-12 SPA Limted Auto-Patch /25 of Kari Lehtonen and i'm wondering why they put that card in a pack 4 years later ?

Ever happened to anyone ? That's kinda weird i think.

14-15 ultimate still has 10-11 ultimate in it...lol

First off, congrats on the hit! And No need to worry about it. UD sometimes places these previously released cards into current product. The cards could be extra stock needing to be moved, or possibly received the cards back too late to be released in time for the original 11-12 release. UD will sometimes hold onto these cards for replacements, redemptions, or these kinds of situations.

And yeah , it's a big hit for a 5 $ pack. The card is not even listed in the last beckett

Wierd things happen-pulled an 13-14 acetayte yg out a box of the Cup 13/14. Would have been really dissappointed except for the fact that I sold it for about $175.

Yeah, those acetate YG's are quite the hit. Never heard of that happening with the Cup though, seems a bit odd. But it worked out pretty well for you i'd say

I hit an acetate YG out of a pack of 14/15 SP Authentic a little while ago. That was a nice surprise as well.

Sorry to hijack the original thread...that patch was a sweet pull out of a single pack of cards!!
