If I sell an item to someone from quebec that I don't know and Paying $20 for tracking and insurance isn't realistic for a ($20- $70) purchase. I will usually not send it. Ill just refund them after a couple weeks. If ebay isn't going to protect me I have to protect myself. Even though I know its probably not the best thing to do, I have been burned before in QC and many others have too and Im not getting burned again.

To be perfectly honest I live in Quebec a few minutes away from Ottawa and my idiot mailman keeps misdelivering mail. Just last week I had a high end trade on here and we both sent our ends with tracking yet my mailman figured a way to deliver the card I was supposed to receive to the wrong address. It turned up in my mailbox late that evening outside of mailman hours. I'm thankful people are honest, but one day one of my packages will end up stolen.. The point of the story is, some mailmen need a lobotomy.

Has anyone ever clicked "Buy it Now" and seen a message saying "Transaction blocked. The Seller of this item is unable to receive funds at this time"? Any idea what this is about?

Ran into another seller who will not sell to me for the price I won the RNH for. Seller is "theduke999s". Same excuse as everyone else who doesn't want to sell at the winning price. Tired of that crap.

Harrison11... Yeah i also noticed that recently. Looks like he also bid on his own cards (some landeskog high end if my memory is corrected) and relist them if he didnt have his price. Did he relist your rnh?
