Ridiculous PWCC auctions ending tonight - who else is watching?

Is anyone else watching the plethora of amazing cards that are ending tonight on Ebay (through PWCC auctions)? INSANE stuff!!!

Multiple Gretzky RCs, Lemieuxs, Roys... but that's not even the crazy stuff. A Georges Vezina RC from 1911! Newsy Lalonde, a Rocket Richard RC I saw.... a Dit Clapper RC..... and that's just the hockey stuff!


If only I was richer...

Those links were just a small sample of what went down (and is still going down). Name a card that has importance in the hobby, there was probably one with a high grade that was a part of this collection.

I tried sniping the Crosby Ultimate Rookie BGS 9 but it didn't work out as planned. It went way over what I was expecting. Was at $400 with 20 seconds to go thought I was about to get a really good deal. Threw in a $515 bid and lost buy $210 lol.

And I took a good but of time going through the listings. I couldn't believe what I saw. Soooooooo much insane stuff.

Any chance the Vezina was shilled? Winning bidder has 22 feedback and 100% bid activity with PWCC. I know PWCC has a dedicated group of buyers but this auction makes me suspicious.

His stuff always goes well over market value. Dont quite get it, bcant be his lotal customers bidding it up that much.

Whenever i see a PWCC auction, i always take the info with a grain of salt

I didn't. I was hoping one of the Gretzky RCs stayed in a range that I might considering getting, but they didn't. I was also watching the Toews Limited Logos, but I fell asleep before it ended and missed out. :P

PWCC is known for getting maximum money for the consignees. I actually thought $18K was a little low for the Vezina.

I wonder how PSA would rate the KSA 10 Orr RC! Not sure I would buy a ORR rated by KSA as a 10. Looking at the border and not even seing the back, I can see some white. But still a great card non the less. But I do trust more PSA for old cards.
