I don't know. If a back up goalie is consistently very good, they wouldn't be a back-up.
Must be the most traded position in sports.

Surprisingly quiet surrounding Montreal right now. Obviously they're out of it for this season, and there are a few names available who could be of interest.
Lehkonen, a pending RFA (1 year until UFA status) is garnering some looks. I like Lehky (scored a pretty big goal last spring I recall) and he does a lot of things well. He's a great depth forward for a team in the playoffs. I suspect he won't get moved unless the offer is for a 1st.
Petry has been bad this season but has improved somewhat since St. Louis took over behind the bench. He is publicly on the block, but due to the cap hit and tenure he may be an off-season trade.
Kulak will get some attention - he's probably not going to fetch more than a 3rd in return, though.
I did see Dvorak's name come up the other day, now that he's returned. I think Habs are best to keep him and see what he can do under the new regime. Hasn't really got on track yet, but who did early this season?
Armia may be a good depth option for a contending team. Not likely to get more than a 2nd or 3rd at best.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Jets keep winning just enough to make the play-offs a small possibility. I have no idea what they will do or what is wrong with this group but they are not the same team without Byfuglien.

Wild just got the piece they were missing, a number one goaltender in M-A Fleury. Then they turned their extra goaltender into Jacob Middleton to solidify their D-Corp. They are definitley ready to compete with Colorado and Calgary.

Sounds like Kulak is on his way to the Oilers. No word yet on the return. I'd be happy with a 2nd.

Andrew Copp...to the Jets! Well they traded Bryan Little's contract to the Yotes so hey can afford to resign Copp, I would think.
I'm not sure why the Yotes even exist except for stuff like this. lol

A deal that Montreal couldn't pass on. Justin Barron will likely be in their starting lineup next season.
