    It's basically to help with families who spend monthly on food, clothing, games + books for the family. As for food it's snacks, drinks, sugary crap and restaurants since there already is no tax on actual food at a grocery store.

    I do not eat such crap often. However I did have some books in my Amazon cart and waited a few days to pull the trigger, when I finally did the check-out the price did not go up and now I know why. Shipping was free and the tax was waived. Glad I waited to pull the trigger :) Saved about $17 I can now spend on cards!

    Edit: It says games for children under 14. So... MTG, Pokemon and YuGiOh are tax free? lol
