Press Pass Fixed Mistake!! :)
I bought a box of 2008 Eclipse and I didn't get an auto and some of the packs were short some cards. I contacted Mike (Skippy) to help me get with Press Pass. I sent them a letter and a UPC from the box. I didn't hear anything until today. They sent me a letter, 3 packs and an Auto of Kurt Busch. I just want to let everyone know that they do listen when you send them a complaint. If anyone from Press Pass happens to read this, THANK YOU!!! What a great company and great customer relations. Thanks Mike and Les for helping me contact them and getting this resolved. I am very pleased.

well, when i get my eclipse and legends box fixes then i will agree with you. i have been waiting 8 weeks, finally got back a damaged card sent in, and still have another coming.
i got an eclipse box with no covers in it and half the box had only 4 cards. and i got an 07 legends box with no raceused in it. they said two weeks ago something would go out that friday, still nothing.

Sometimes they come through sometimes they don't. I bought a box of high end football last year was supposed to be one auto per pack. My packs were all missing the auto. I threw a fit with the shop owner who agreed that was bunk so he game me all the contact info but nothing ever came of it. I never even got a response back from press pass. Actually I've never had a single card company ever reply except ITG inc, who handeled things like a professional company.

Was just about to post a new thread when I saw this one.
Remember back in December when 2008 Press Pass released and alot of the boxes has no gold cards? Well I sent my 2 UPC codes in to PP the 2nd week of January, was talking with Amber and Terri in February about an old Stealth issue and got it resolved, but at that time they did not have any information about my PP claim.
As time passed I figured that maybe the letter I sent got lost (didn't get Expresspost or any tracking) but it was no big deal anyway.
Well when I got home today there was a UPS package between the doors!!! I'm not expecting anything from UPS, so what's this? Yep my name, and from PP customer service????
50 count snap case full of golds, and 4 packs of 2008 Press Pass. 4 months later and I couldn't be happier.
Way to go PP Thanks.

P.S. In the 4 packs I got base cards, 2 Snapshots (Kluever, and Hornish Jr.) 4 golds #G9 Bowyer,G24 Sadler, G79 Truex NASCAR Scene, G98 Jr.Ride to Remember First Cup Victory and a Platinum P112 Hamlin Top 12.

Yeah for the price that we pay for cards, they should honor what they say should be in a box. If you wouldn't get an auto/RU/#ed, how much would you be willing to spend and how much of it would you willing buy. I personally wouldn't want to buy 4 boxes and get nothing buy base and inserts. I like when you bust a pack and you see that thicker card hiding there. Its a great feeling even if it isn't your driver or of anyone all that great. I enjoy the pack busting part but when you spend any were from $60 to $120 a box on this and get nothing, you feel abit cheated. That is why the boxes are as high as they are. They need to pay the drivers who do the autos and RUed stuff. Just my thoughts. But like I said before, THANKS PRESS PASS!!! :) Keep up the great customer service.

Glad to see some get their screwups fixed, I tried contacting Press Pass about 5-6 times through email on a retail box purchase of 08 Press Pass that had no blue parallel, and I never heard anything back from them. I left message on their phone and still nothing. Guess they figured since they have monopoly on race cards, they do not have to take care of all. Maybe it's the pressure of knowing that some of their screwups are revealed to a wider audience in forums.
