Press Pass Fixed Mistake!! :)

it would be great to see press pass treat everyone the same.i bought a 20 box case of eclipse and case a was great but case b had no covers at all and only a few skidmarks .it had a ton of autographs with 2 in some packs but they were the same driver and i ended up with 5 and 6 of tj bell, kelly bires,scott wimmer and the likes.anyway press pass told me that they had not had that problem or alarms would have sounded so they cant help me at this time . o well win some & u lose some . !

they do answer e-mails...first thing you will need to do is save the box top that has the number stamped on the inside...that will be key to helping them in the future to track any issues with that batch of boxes...Press Pass customer service is the best of any of the card companies...I will send a pm to you with one of the CSR's e-mails and see if they can help...

I bought a box of 2008 Eclipse and I didn't get an auto and some of the packs were short some cards. I contacted Mike (Skippy) to help me get with Press Pass. I sent them a letter and a UPC from the box. I didn't hear anything until today. They sent me a letter, 3 packs and an Auto of Kurt Busch. I just want to let everyone know that they do listen when you send them a complaint. If anyone from Press Pass happens to read this, THANK YOU!!! What a great company and great customer relations. Thanks Mike and Les for helping me contact them and getting this resolved. I am very pleased.

Good to see they still make up for their flaws (Sometimes from the sounds of the thread) But Back in 97 I got a Bogus Box and they sent me a New Box and a Gordon Autograph, then pulled an Earnhardt Sr' from the box and a 2 Gordon Cup Chase, With which, I won 2 Redemption sets, one of those I sold on beckett to a guy who invited me into a Trade Group....And The Addiction GREW & GREW & GREW..and here I am

well good luck . i sent in case codes from the cases ,receipts where i paid for the cases and was still the bad guy . press pass has a bad problem and since they have no competition they will do nothing about it . thats why i stopped buying there product for a second time !!!
