I know he is not a Muslim. But I can promise you many will not vote for him because they think he was a Muslim. Not only they are misinformed, but there are a lot of people that will not vote for him solely because of this. That is wrong.

oh, I'm all for freedom of religion. He can believe whatever he wants. I just mean there are things that get put under the umbrella of christian that don't stand for the things that fits with 99% of christians. He would be one of them.

yes he believes in christ. but, if you look at the beliefs of the church from their own website (not talking about the pastor) christ isn't high on their list of priorities.

Here is the website
What exactly has led you to believe Christ isn't high on their list of priorities?

the fact that 6 months ago, the 10 tenents of their church was on that front page and now it is not. The website was changed when obama entered the race.
and the fact that sermons are bashing america. Even if it is only a handful of sermons, if the message you are giving isn't about scripture or Christ, but about how evil the white man is, then your priorities are in the wrong place IMO.

The Pastor as well as the membership of Trinity United Church of Christ is committed to a 10-point Vision:
A congregation committed to ADORATION.
A congregation preaching SALVATION.
A congregation actively seeking RECONCILIATION.
A congregation with a non-negotiable COMMITMENT TO AFRICA.
A congregation committed to BIBLICAL EDUCATION.
A congregation committed to CULTURAL EDUCATION.
A congregation committed to the HISTORICAL EDUCATION OF AFRICAN PEOPLE IN DIASPORA.
A congregation committed to LIBERATION.
A congregation committed to RESTORATION.
A congregation working towards ECONOMIC PARITY.
Is this what you are referring too? It's still on the front page...click the link
and being "unashamedly black" is not the same thing as being against "the evil white man"
i'm not saying you're wrong in your opinion...just trying to understand your perspective
