i thought in the time of a disaster stuff became regulated. like during september 11th when hotels tried to jack up rates to 4 or 5 times the regular price and has prices soared in new york, they ended up getting fined out the ™™™™™

Only 27 states have laws against gouging. They said on the news here to call the state attorney general if you think someone is gouging. Not that it's going to help because they said they weren't going to do anything to the people charging $5.29 a gallon already.
