    Vince Young's Development...

Espn was just saying how Vince should benefit by learning from Kerry Collins. I was just thinking, how do you guys think Vince would be doing if McNair had stayed in Tennesee to mentor him?

I always thought that it was a dumb move by the Titans to push McNair out of the way. I felt he really could have helped tutor Vince in all the different aspects of NFL life. Just maybe the past few weeks would have never transpired.

Frankly with the issues Vince Young has, I think he needs more than a mentor.

LOL. But would he be this bad mentally? McNair is a tough dude. Learning his ways could have changed Vince's outlook and mentality on life, and the game.

McNair is his half brother and all, You would have thought Tennessee would have kept them together! I do agree with you hazeofgreen!!! I don't think Young will be back in the NFL period. His career is over... Too bad had such great success in college.

Mentoring is therapy, what would a shrink know about a person who is making $$$$$ and have the whole team on his shoulders,

what? it was when he was a child when he didn't get the bike he wanted?

other than therapy, he needs to have a good qb coach and a system set up for him to succeed. having no wr's hurts but at least it looks like chris johnson is going to pan out which should give him some options

Mentoring is therapy? Check again my friend. Your response makes no sense, what would a shrink know about anyone, regardless of money or pressure? Isn't that the whole point of going to therapy, to talk about your problems with a professional?
