Which box should I get?
My preferences: I am not a big fan of game-used stuff (unless it's auto'd) for the most part. Good looking, low-numbered patches are ok, but I'd much rather have a decent auto than a good game-used. I really like auto/game-used combo cards. I have absolutely no interest in base and their parallels. I am also looking for something where it's not just rookie stuff, I mean rookies are great, but I want to have a shot at pulling a star auto too. I'm a big fan of SPx, but I've done enough of those boxes, and I'm looking for something else. I've also opened enough Finest, and I'm not impressed.
The boxes I'm considering are 08 Premier, 08 Absolute, and 08 Leaf Certified Materials. Which one of the three do you get the best value out of? Or should I be looking at something else? I'd rather spend a little extra on Premier if it's worth it, but in the past, I've seen some ridiculously terrible Premier boxes. I don't want to spend more than around 200 on a box either.
I tried to give you some idea of where I'm coming from. Thank you very much in advance for your help, because I am really stuck on what to get. Right now I'm leaning towards Absolute, but I'm open to anything.

Personally, I'm a fan of Absolute - 4 jerseys/autos with a few inserts/parallels and a couple RCs without all the extra base.
Even if you dont pull a huge card, chances are you'll end up with a cool patch or decent tradebait

That's what I'm thinking. Are there veteran autos in Absolute or just rookies?

i think absolute is a little overrated. they give u a couple nice patches that will sell for no more that 15$. the only thing i see selling decent is the big rookie rpm's (auto'd) and the incredible ridiculous (probably fake) patches.

I understand, but he asked if there was nice veteran stuff in there.
Plus a different Reggie White thats is the same as mine just sold for $25 and thats a card #'d /50 so i'd say thats a pretty decent price for that.

Wow, nice stuff!!
I haven't opened any '08 yet, but here's a couple things from my last 2-3 boxes of '06 & '07

I don't know about sell values, because I dont really open boxes to resell singles. I either keep cards for my PC (like the Bush), or trade, and I know Absolute has always given me some nice cards to trade!
