LMAO
Well just get to it and do it, but FYI, the Teachers, AP's, and Principal along with the superintendent will ALL side together, and if for some reason, you do win and get that teacher and principals in trouble, you will have a hell of a high school career being liked.

Be careful with this Dan - you can get yourself into deep stuff fast if anyone catches wind of this at the school....plus, like comet said, you'll end up having a bad time there....are there other schools in the area that you could attend if it gets to that point?

I think i am all right, no one on this site is from my school or even live near me (to my knowledge..lol) and i plan on talking to the principal tommorow. What he is doing is simply unetheical.
i can go to other schools due to "school of choice" but they don't bus you, and apparantly theres a "6 month rule" where if you change schools you loose out on participating in sports, so i'd loose my junior season for bowling (which is very important to me)

listen dood, Public Enemy said it best.....FIGHT THE POWER!!!
your friend is going to remain expelled...people don't play around anymore with even the most innocent jokes. you can't threaten somebody's life at school in 2008 and expect to remain a student.
However, a teacher is not above the law, and should be held accountable more so than a teenager. My only question is, what exactly came out of your teachers mouth?
A previous poster did say it best...all the teachers, faculty, and superintendents will stick together...however, if you make enough of a fuss, somebody will listen. Trust me, I have been there, done that. I'm just glad i was in high school before there was a Columbine or a 9/11
but please let me know exactly what the teacher said and what was going on for them to say it...

i do believe he should stay expelled. what he did was wrong and of course not allowed, but my point was everyone should receive the same punishment.
i still remember, teacher says "i will strangle you with every fiber in my body" "i will kill you into oblivion"

wow, very strong words....i took an incident all the way downtown to the school district superintendents office for less than that...i would absolutely make a stink about it
but can you tell me what you did, or what prompted the teacher to speak like that to you?

this is the best part. before this incident, i wasnt taking adoral to stay focused. i now take it so i dont loose my focus. so since i had a short attention span (really short!!!) i started to daydream and was lightly coloring my folder, i am not lying or making it up. it looked like i was writing so i got in trouble?

well the teachers comments were completely uncalled for, and I voted yes, because I fought against everything in school....needless to say I don't get Christmas cards from the faculty
On a seperate note, how does Adoral make you feel? Do you think it helps? I only ask because ADHD I believe is ridiculously over-diagnosed or misdiagnosed, and I have a bunch of friends who have taken it and say it doesn't help them, but they kept getting the prescription to sell the pills. On the other side, I have a friend who still takes it to this day and he says it absolutely helps him...However, If my kids are ever diagnosed with ADHD, I will refuse to give this drug to them
