I'm not one to question the jury's motives, but the evidence was stacked against him in this case and he didn't have 10 lawyers to get him off this time. That is why he is going to jail.

yes, i agree....its kind of hard to defend yourself when all your co-defendents plead guilty to reduced charges in exchange for testimony against you

so are you saying that nothing heard in the tape of the incident happened?
he may not have held the gun, but he orchestrated the break in. It may have been his stuff, but it was sold to the dealer by someone else. If someone had my property I'd call the police, not get a bunch of guys and a gun and break into their hotel room, house, or apt demanding the stuff back.
If it was his stuff he should have been able to prove it was is. The dudes just not very smart.

what is funny is that all this stuff that was his shouldn't even be his. By court order he was required to sell all his memorabilia to pay his civil suit against the goldmans. Instead, he hid it for years and some of it got stolen out of the storage facility he was using. So, if he wants to get technical, no, it isn't his. It belongs to the Goldman family and he should have more charges filed against him for hiding the stuff for over a decade so he wouldn't have to pay them.
