My apologies I got so"Pis***" at that ending my emotions got way ahead of my typing. Of course it was Smith, and as for the Robby incident, well my telecast didn't show that, just heard it from the play by play guys, so who knows?

Probably another Francecar incident that was supposed to happen before Robby got lapped. Or did my telecast just miss where NASCAR showed the debris? ( Got to remember, that I have to watch tape delay, from ABC/ESPN/TNT?FOX or whoever is showing the race, after their tape delay, after NASCAR's tape delay) So I'm not sure if I am getting the real race or what Francecar wants us to see. (Kinda like the tape delay for "bad language" {from when Jr. said ****} several ties over)

And also it wasn't so much as when Winston left, but Sr. was so much in France's ear as to how and why NASCAR worked...they listened when he talked. Once Sr. wasn't there to straighten them out as to how the drivers and real NASCAR fans felt and reacted, they went with media/advertisers/sponsors pressures.

There is no one in NASCAR today that could or would do that, WHY? because there is no one in NASCAR today that knows as much about "real" racing today that Sr. knew about racing when he was racing. You know the old saying "Dale Sr. has forgotten more about racing than ..........will ever know" Seems to me it fits.

D*** I gotta get off this soap box.

I just get so PIS*** at NASCAR today it just makes me wanna SPIT.

Bring back the real racing! F*** the sponsors if the drivers want to race they will... for the racing.

Not for how much the paycheck will be, not for who is on the hood, or quarter panels, or what they have to swalllow in interviews. Real racers will race, real fans will watch.

I agree....Regan Smith should have gotten the win....but what can you do.

I'm happy....Jimmie stayed out of trouble, and has a nice points lead heading to his favorite track!!

They can say what they wanna say, but Regan knows in his heart, we know in our hearts who the real winner was today, and the man who started that DEI team is in heaven smiling down at that final effort!

Sad for Tony because it will probably be his last win in a long time. Now he'll get to see the whole other side of the equation being a driver/owner and not driving for a power team!

I just saw the video and it definitely looked like Tony forced Regan below the yellow line. NASCAR had their heads up their butts and is no longer about the fans. Regan won in my book.

im sure most remember Jr in 04 passing under the yellow line, pretty sure they said he was forced down there, and he was allowed to keep his win. Amazing how the rules change when nascar needs to keep the big teams and sponsorers happy.

NASCAR's rulebook is written in pencil. They just erase and rewrite whenever they feel like it.

I must admit I`m kinda torn here lol. I didn`t see the end of the race. I`m glad Tony was able to finally get his first win of the year and 1st at dega. But it sounds like Regan has a gripe. I`d have loved to seen him get his first cup win. And it does suck he had to go from 2nd to 18th. Anyway you look at it it sounds like the kid drove his butt off those last 3 laps! I`d love to see him with a full time sponsor and not a race here or there sponsor.

I really think he`s got a ton of talent, it`d be nice if he had the backing to really show what he can do! That being said by a fan of both drivers.

    Tom
