i just think that the other PG mentioned in the last threads don't have the explosiveness that rose has....let any of the guards above play against rose...could any of them stay in front of the guy????

think about it.......for a rookie that has played less than 20 games this season....he's already such a threat that teams are double teaming him in the first half of games just to get the ball out of his hands....what other guard in the east, like i said, besides AI has that goin on to them

lol, do you know whos starting over stuckey? A.I. Nobody other PG on the bulls is even close to good, which is why rose has all that experience already, well more then stuckey. Stuckey's had All-Star PG's in front of him like AI and C-Bill. and i have seen rose play. he WILL be all star material, deffidently not yet though.

What do you mean all that experience already...hes a rookie, he hasnt even played 15 games in the nba yet, unless you count pre-season games. The bulls had decent pg's like Hinrich, no AI but still not horrible. But to say 10x better than Rose, sorry thats just funny...I know Stuckeys good, but come on.

Not nit-picking here, but are we talking all guards, cuz I could name some shooting guards too - I thought we were just talking about PGs, so thats why I'm asking.

i'm strictly talking about point guards...that's the argument i'm making...that for the all-star team iverson will obviously start but who will be the backup PG in the all-star game

I think Rondo is playing at a high level. I know a lot of people don't think he is great, but i love watching the guy play. He is so unselfish, and the way he gets down in the paint and actually battles for rebounds makes you want to root for the guy even more. I like Derrick Rose, but it's way too early to tell if he'll be an All-Star this year

i'm having a hard time finding the all-star lineups but i found 2002-03 that Yao wasnt in it. Shaq was the only true Center for the west that year
