Why they should still ship out fairly quickly? I personally think that service should be good regardless what you buy from someone. While i may not have the money to make a large purchase now, that doesnt mean i wont down the road and if my only impression of them is that they dont ship quickly unless your buying, then i wouldnt go back there.

If they have a large number of orders which I am sure they do, it seems they would ship to the customers with the history. Most of the people sending off for this will never order from them again more than likely. I know I wouldn't complain for getting something free is all.
