The 2009 All-Star game reserves are set to be announced tonight. Any early predictions?
Who made it that shouldn't have? Who was snubbed?

Mo Williams better make it on the East squad. If he doesn't, I'm gonna be super P.O'ed!

2 words....
Rajon Rondo
11.2 points per game, 5 rebounds and 8 assists also is shooting 51 percent from the field and has improved his 3 point shot from 26% last year to 32% this year...
Mo Williams stats
17.2 points per game 3.3 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game with 47.2 field goal shooting and 38.6 three point shooting...
i give the edge to Rondo although he scores a few less points per game, he shoots for a higher field goal percentage, has more rebounds (not by much) and has 4 more assists per game!Hidden Content

Rondo is way too streaky.
Besides, they need more than just one guard, and Mo Williams deserves it much more than Rondo.
Look at where the Cavs were without Mo last year, and look at where they are with him. Night and day my friend, night and day.

oh please! Streaky? 51% shooting is hard to be streaky on...
if they take 2 point guards than both should, but Mo should be 3rd, this isnt the MVP game, its the all star game, where the players vote for whos having a better season at the position, not how much of an impact your making, otherwise, players on terrible teams wouldnt make it

Looks like you are the odd one out Jeremy...lol...if Mo makes it and Rondo doesn't, this world is doomed.

Actually, that's the reason players on terrible teams DON'T make it most of the time....
And yes, they do take into consideration how much of an impact you have on your team.
And yes, Rondo is extremely streaky. Watch some of the Celtics games....he'll play real good one game, then be ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE the next game.
BTW, Mo and Rondo have prettty much the same amount of rebounds. Rondo has more assists, Mo has more points. Rondo turns it over just a slight bit more than Mo.
Oh, and the fact that Mo can nail three's, and has a 94% FT is a lot better than Rondo's pathetic 60-something percentage from the FT line, lol.

Well, I'm sure Mo won't make it, because Lord knows the NBA revolves around the Celtics. ;)
Rondo shouldn't even be considered though, IMO. There are three better players on his team alone that would deserve it before him. The only way Rondo should ever make an All-Star team is if Ray Allen, KG, and Pierce are all in it, and there are no other decent guards in the East.
