is upperdeck allowed 2 do this?
about 2 years ago i bought a box of cards when i was first getting started and pulled a julies erving redemption card that was spose 2 be #'d/3
i redeemed it and w8ed and called upperdeck alot of times and they said hes not returned the cards yet. after about 1 year they said they would get it soon. so when i got something in the mail i thought they finally sent it but i opened it and it was a un numbered kevin garnett auto worth nothing compared 2 to dr. j card and they said they had 2 replace it because they never got the card 2 send it to me. i was just wondering if there allowed to do that?

I would get on the phone with them asap. They can probably do it but they may not want an angry cust. Maybe they'll do better.

uhh
my mom got on there a cussed them out saying shes getting a lawyer cause the card booked for arounf 900$ at the time cause we talked to a dealer bout it and they hung up on her lol......

I say call them again, tell them if they dont supply you with cards valued the sam amount as that Dr. J card, then you will take them to court lol

ill try again tommorow but bye what they said the first time the KG card was of equal value wich is bull cause its no were close 2 it some1 just looked it up for me and its 60$ and it was less then that when we called them cause the values went up lol

How did the person know how much such a rare Dr. J auto was worth? Cards that have less than 25 printed are generally unpriced.

They can certainly do it, I'm sure there is some fine print on the redemptions that let them do whatever they want to do.
Cursing them out probably wasn't the way to go though. Telling them you weren't happy with the Garnett might have at least got you another card or they might have replaced it with something else.

thats what the guy offered right then because he had a shop were he just bought and sold memobillia he said if we had it he would buy it for 900$ cash right there so thats the price i went bye and chilly we called more then 1nce trying 2 be polite they kept transfering us saying they would replace it with 5 cards of my choice and all this stuff and then they didnt even ask about sending me the KG card they just sent it....
