And if we find a treatment/cure for diabetes from this lots of people will get work from it. Not only the side effect of helping these people.

What is an embryo? Can an embryo talk to you? Can an embryo interact with you? As soon as someone has proof that an embryo can talk to me, I will be against it.

i still think you should wait until the economy is cleared up to spend tax dollars that should be going towards the 3 trillion that has gone down the drain in the last month and a half instead of this, just my opinion, but then again it will be nearly impossible to try to pay that off and get the economy on track at the same time.

sure it can, we can be like we were in the 1920's during the great depression and people were killing for $.50 or food or people killed themselves because they lost everything they had in their lives.

I would venture to say that at some point, people would not have to "create" them any more. I would guess the embryos will probably be cloned and basically tabula rasa.

Not one cent of that $ benefits any American citizen in ANY way, unless you happen to be the CEO of a defense contracting company. So will you be arguing to stop the war ASAP?

I agree. Morals come into the discussion if people are having abortions to sell for research and things like that. As Grim said, it's probably not done now, but it will in the future.
