08-09 UD Premier Box Break!!!

Hey, guys! So today my dad was visiting home and I took him to the card shop where he bought me a 09 UD Premier Basketball Box for my Bday present! I was SO PUMPED so here's what I got!

Pretty sweet product! Didn't get best things but who cares! I got to open a high end product!
Posting up video and pics soon but I was wondering, can I complain to Upper Deck about the wrong configuration and will they send me new stuff?
For example I kind of want to complain about my getting two triple jerseys (rather have an auto lol) and my last card being a bent premier rookie of Deandre Jordan (supposed to get auto or memorabilia #/99 or less).
Do they give refunds? Send you a different box and you send them back cards? Should I wait to redeem my DJ Augustin card? Do I have to keep all these cards in case I need to send them back? Sorry about all the questions lol.

Before you deal any, I would suggest you email/call Upper Deck first thing on Monday. See if they can get that sorted out for you with the missing auto, etc.

I'm sure they state on the box that "ODDS REFLECT THE ENTIRE PRINT RUN. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE ON ANY INSERT PER BOX/CASE" Which covers them. They will replace the damaged card for you though.
