No, it wont turn into that. He just didnt understand the topic.

Yeah, i was just wondering why people would be fascinated with guns when they are dangerous and all. I wouldn't of argued with Aikman.

At the distance you are shooting, I would just put some better open sights on it. I have a x36 scope on my .22, but I use it for squirrel hunting..You could still put a scope on there and dial it in for that close range, but it may be hard to pick him up at first..Personal prefferance and whatever you like.

I agree that less than 30 feet is too close for a scope to make sense.

I give you credit Aikman...those are some pretty sweet looking guns...especially the one you bought to celebrate Obama's election!

Lol, I just wanted to get it before the price went up too much or he outlawed semi-auto. Just in case.

I would try a red-dot sight. Thats what I'm putting on my AR for spotlighting. Here is a link http://www.opticsplanet.net/red-dot-...FRufnAodzTQ_SA
The one I got was only about 75 bucks, but you can find some that are much more expensive.

We are fascinated with them for the reasons I said earlier, plus some guns have a lot of history. And you're right guns can be dangerous, but so can vehicles, or anything else for taht matter if its not used properly.
