It says on the box Im guaranteed a GU card. I didnt notice that before.

Try contacting In the Game... their Customer Service is very good... I once emailed them on a Saturday night, and received a reply a few hours later!

I sent them a letter asking about it. Your right, they are great. I sent them a message 2 weeks ago and got a response the next morning. I'll keep this updated with the response.

Wow thats too bad. ITG has always been very consistent for me. Come back and update the thread when they give you an answer. Hope it works out...

I asked them last night what the odds of finding not one GU card would be. They got back to me early this morning with this response.

I understand your disappointment with your box of BTP. You certainly did not reach the odds for game-used. We have seen 1-2 cards coming out of most boxes.

Your situation is very unusual but not impossible since the product is packaged mechanically and not by hand like Ultimate and Superlative.

** Ratio are calculated on the entire production run and are not garanteed in any one box or case.

Thanks as I didn't think it would say guaranteed "1 game used per box". Just wanted to make sure as I threw my boxes away without reading them as they had all been opened and sorted.
