just about all of them are fake. You can tell that a lot of times the fonts for the nameplates are different than what a team actually uses. Also I know on a couple of them the borders on the letters are different and sometimes the colors are wrong.

    30ranfordfan -- the ones I'm thinking of are different -- see http://cgi.ebay.ca/Colorado-Rockies-...3A1%7C294%3A50

They are listed as being from Singapore, but are actually made in Mainland China according to one of the sellers I was in communication with when I was trying to find out more about them. And there are several different sellers of these jerseys, all using the same pictures of the jersey on a red background.

I got a Sid 3rd JSY on eBay for $56. It was the REAL deal, AUTHENTIC, fight strap, even still in the bag from NHL to boot! Do you have a link to the guy's eBay page, I might recognize the name. If the person is in either Indiana or Ohio it might be the person I bought from. If it is, go for it!

there is so much garbage out there on ebay, it's nice to come across a legit product with some value. i've bought a few lettered hawks jerseys from this place and they have always turned out great.

    http://stores.shop.ebay.com/PRO-JERS...__W0QQ_armrsZ1

they use all the correct font/color numbers and plates. even the custom Olcyzk i had made up only took a couple weeks to get, even after US customs sent it back. i love the CCM replicas to play in on the ice. i've got many sessions on the ice using them and not so much as a tear in any of the ones i got.

overall a great place to pick up a jersey for a decent price.

Sorry..... think I got misunderstood there.

I'm 100% behind a topic like this one, and was happy to contribute. Forums like this are a good way of discussing these kinds of things. Somoene wants to know if these sellers are legit.... are they actually going to deliver on what they're buying..... is the product actually good? These are things that are probably very good questions to ask.

When I said I thought it best not to ask questions..... I meant in regards to how these guys are selling high quality jerseys, at super low prices. Look at products, and prices. There's going to be something that is, at best, a legal grey area going on. That's the only way they could be selling those jerseys at those prices. It's not the 'what' and the 'who' I said I wouldn't question...... it's the 'how' (as in 'how are they doing it') I suggeted was probably best not to ask about.

I always think it good to answer questions. As this is a chat forum after all and the only way to find things out is to ask ?'s.

If you got a player named/numbered Reebok "Authentic" for under $100, it's pretty much guaranteed to be a "Made in China" knockoff. C'mon, the legitimate "Authentics" sell for over $250 retail. Just the customizing (name/number) is close to $100.

I picked up 12 knockoff jerseys for Christmas gifts this past year - directly from China:
    6 Habs
    2 Red Wings "Winter Classic"
    1 Black Hawks
    1 Black Hawks "Winter Classic"
    1 Sharks
    1 Caps

The Winter Classics were $45 each, everything else was $35 each. Shipping was free and it all got here in about 10 days. There were 2 sizing errors, the Toews WC was missing the captain's "C" and 1 jersey had the back number misaligned (too high). Everything else was pretty good.

It's a good option to have if you don't want to fork over the big bucks.

Buy them for kids who don't know any better or if you don't really care to much and will just mess them up anyway.

That's what I figured. They use them for street hockey, and honestly, there isn't much difference than the pro jerseys other than the hefty price.

i have bought a few orders directly from people, and the quality on some is just as good as you'd buy at stores but would definetly have to be knock offs because of the prices. i also paid 35 and 45 for nhl reeboks, and have only had a problem with a couple jerseys, found a cpl places that sell amazing products and i wear the jerseys for my own use, and have never had a tear problem or anything, sometimes the odd one has stitching issues lol. but it is much cheaper than paying the 250 for official ones. but reebok also sells sticthed jerseys wholesale for 75 i think it is. so stores mark their prices way up. also if u go to flea markets the jerseys are usually china made jerseys, and some korean people also make the jerseys, but you can find factories anywhere in north america that can copy a real jersey, same fabrics, tags, colours. i think in hamilton in 07 a jersey franchise chain had been caught 75% of the jerseys were knock offs, so you never really know i guess. as for the original question it prob is a knock off, but the quality will prob be good, and it will save u the big $ of a "real" one.

No kidding, still in the package, STILL TAPED even, DIRECTLY from the NHL Store. The guy bought a TON of them and just sold them...it is a RBK AUTHENTIC JSY, the exact same thing Sid actually wears, same fabric, same fight strap, same numbers and lettering, same everything! However, one thing I didn't mention before was this:
When it came it still had the RBK tags on it.

My jersey is 100% real, authentic, BRK, NHL, whatever you want to call it, it's the REAL DEAL, and I'm thrilled with it!
