Hiller played one bad game and you say he's breaking down. What about the 2 previous games where he made 59 saves and 45 saves to win his team the game?
He had one bad game. So what. So does every goalie in the NHL, they aren't perfect. I hope he has like a 40 save shutout tonight

Explain what reason they had for putting Giguere in? Hes not necessarily broken yet...but it sure looks like it after game 4. Game 5 will determine this series.

To give the kid a break is why they put Giguere in. The same reason you ever take out a goalie. So he's isn't out there to be ripped apart and have his confidence killed when the team in front of him is playing bad.
He hasn't broken, he just had a bad game.

time for facts. osgood and hiller have almost identical GAA's. But Hiller's SV % is .946 compared to osgoods .922. Osgood has faced 231 shots while hiller has ONLY faced 408. Hiller has 2 shutouts to osgoods 1. Aneheim as a team has averaged 2.90 goals a game to detriots 3.88. That turns out to be 29 goals for the ducks and 31 for the wings. problem is ducks have played two more games. Whats this all mean? Wings are scoring more than the ducks making osgoods job easier than hillers yet hiller has better stats. And lets not forget that Hiller has gone againts the top two teams in the west while osgood faced the number 7 and 8 seeds. I win

youve got to be kidding me...the ducks are obviously a 1/2 seed...and everyone knew the sharks were going to stink. The winner of this series is winning the cup in my opinion.

Hiller has better stats than Osgood, despite having no playoff experience, and not as good of a team in front of him.
I'm leaving this thread, can't stand arguing with you.
