Palantri has a good idea. Do away with the old format for the addresses if you wish but keep the success and RTS threads.

I was also wondering does a person get credit for a post when adding players, successes, or RTS in the new TTMM like they would in the old format?

I agree as well. You can see who is signing at this time. Just like the recent Pete Rose sigs. I saw he was signing a bunch of items from Field of Dreams and sent one out and got it back signed. I would of missed that except for the success thread. Can we keep it?

Removing it would cause more problem than good I think. You know people will create hundreds of threads talking about what they received, even if they do put it in the TTMM. At least with the Success Threads, these posts are contained in one area. Even with the TTMM I think these threads serve a valuable purpose and will help keep the forum orderly.

It is a lot easier to look at the success thread once a day and see who got what, than it would be to check by player for successes- I would like to see the current success and RTS threads continue, but wouldnt mind seeing the addresses go away- those are all in the TTMM and are great, but I like seeing peoples successes in the current format- it also lets me know who is signing well at a given time

Remember that you can check the Recent TTM successes in the TTMM and see what's coming in as soon as it's posted. Unlike sites like SCN, the updates are immediate, not sporadically done throughout the day.

that is true, but truthfully, I like just being subscribed to all the successes threads and seeing what people get in each day, by doing it that way, I can see when someone gets something in, I dont have to go looking for it...
