Total garbage IMO.....I think the only reason people are bidding on these is lack of knowledge.

only knowledge lacking is being able to read. Guy is not hiding anything. Trying to make a buck in otdays economy with full disclosure. Nothing wrong or illegal about that.

It's not about him selling them! It's about the person he sells to trying to turn these as real in the future! I know buyer beware, but some poor newbie will get burned for a pretty pennie at some point.

Well, if someone does, then they deserve what they get. I've said it before and I'll say it again, don't bid on something if you aren't sure what it is. If anyone bothered doing a lick of research, 99% of bidders would stay away from fake patches. Most of the time, they are easy to spot and verify that they are fake.

Ummm, hate to point out that they are already on ebay, you must mean re-listed under another seller ID

I wouldnt buy one, but I have thought about making my own for my collection. And I dont see anything wrong with that seller making them either as long as he keeps it honest.
It would be cool for players who dont get cards like that made from the manufacturers.
I also like to take some of my base dupes and cut them out like die cuts with an X-acto knife
