i understand, but why should i have to pay again what i already paid for?

Who cares what it cost him. You bid on an auction that clearly states a $2.99 shipping charge. You're planning to leave him negative feedback after the fact? C'mon. =/

I would not bother about .58 cents but in the end he does owe you that amount.

I agree, it really makes me mad when that happens, I have even had it happen a few times on here. Sometimes, guys don't realize how much it takes to mail something, but if they have done it enough, there is no reason it should happen. As for the comment by Wheeler, I don't think it is the 58 cents that he is upset about, it is the principal that he is having to pay for shipping twice.

i contacted him and he is taking care of it now...he wanted the paypal transaction number...so now i wait

will just leave postive feed back since he is taking care of it

    Let's keep this civil please.

And my advise would be to contact the seller and let him know that you owe 58-cents and really didn't appreciate the way the shipment was handled at his end.

I do not believe that Negative feedback is warranted.

I hate that as well but he just owes you 58˘. Sure it looks bad on him as a seller, but how do you think you can get a 1.50 compensation for having to put 58˘ in an envelope. It's not like you have to go to the USPS. They put the envelope right there in your mail box.

I just had this happen to me from a seller. Instead of placing paper money in an envelope the buyer decides to send 99˘ and place one stamp on it.

cost me 34˘ more but not worth the time to have the buyer send it to me. I just informed him of the issue for future knowledge.
