Hope you're doing better...I fall into the tall, skinny, male group. The only thing I have helping me is that I don't smoke. Hopefully you don't, and if you do, you cut down on it or stop because it definitely increases your risk for having this happen again.l

Spoodini.. never smoked.. nor had the urge. I still feel some pain.. but doing a lot better (so far)
