i know people say"best deals are at the end" well either the good deals are already gone early b/c the person was reasonabale in the first place OR like someone said, they arent in a hurry to mave anything b/c there is always ebay. For example, im sure you saw the guy with about 7 cut auto of ruth and tons of Logo cards. waaaay over priced, he may sell something if some millionair comes in there and thats about it, i guess thats what he was hoping for.

I'll agree with the Vintage collections. Way too much for my personal taste. I was also upset that I only saw on booth that was setup to help collector's complete their sets.

a very good percent of the older stuff was graded. some were ungraded but not much. I hope next year in Maryland is way better.

I agree with what was said before about the high number of vintage dealers. I had a hard time finding autographs if they weren't from 2007-2009 or so.
However, the prices on boxes were better than what you could find online. I bought a box of 2009 Classics for $73 and 2 boxes of 2006 Elite for $39/box.
This was my 1st time there so I had a great time.

thats how all big shows are vintage baseball and high prices, the experience of going is fun, but its pretty bad for finding deals. best bet is to trade if you have nice stuff

a few years back it wasn't overpopulated with vintage stuff, it was about half and half. i wouldnt even say "finding" a deal was hard to come by...more like getting a deal that was somewhat close to reasonable. i agree with the trade part b/c it seems like that would have been the only way that it was worth going for, too bad i sold most of my nice stuff to have money for the show, which only resulted in bringing home almost the exact same amount of cash that i brought with me, minus the $18.00 to get in.
