Well, I had always heard of sells on ebay sending cards in PWE's but it had never happened to me......until today, I paid $3.69 for him to ship the card and it showed up to day in a PWE with 4 creases in it....

Tell him about it and ask for a refund. Too bad, sorry to hear about it. Hopefully it wasn't PC???

That sucks. Refund for sure.
I've received a few cards in PWEs before...luckily they didn't get damaged.

i messaged him, he refunded, but with a lot of vulgar words in the process.....btw it was a PC

Vulgar words?? What on earth does he have to be angry about?? He charged you 3.75 for a PWE. I'd slap him with a negative and tell him not to run his mouth.

if he was reluctant while giving a refund, whatever, but swearing at you? yeah, leave a negative.. a dummy is a dummy, and we all know how shocking it would be to get a negative on ebay ..
