    Vulgar words?? What on earth does he have to be angry about?? He charged you 3.75 for a PWE. I'd slap him with a negative and tell him not to run his mouth.

    I agree as well. There's no reason for him to get angry when he charged that much for shipping with a PWE and the card doesn't arrive safely.

    ok, to answer all the questions the card was in a toploader and the more i looked at it the more i think it was damaged before he even sent it.....so lets see "item not as described"....for the vulgar words he said, "must be a real A** hole to bend an envelope sounds like a bunch of bull s**** to me but whatever send the crad back to me and ill refund you your money"

    If the card was in a top loader, it was definitely damaged before he sent it.

    Make sure that if you file an "item not as described" with Ebay/Paypal that when you are asked to send the card back that you are able to provide delivery back to the seller (delivery confirmation or sig. confirmation). I would hate for you not to be able to get refunded because the seller states "never got it back so I can't give you a refund". If/When you file your claim you CAN go back after your initial shipping charges, but when you return the cards (if the seller requests that) you will have to send it back at your expense. I mean it sounds like you went through enough to get the card, cut your losses, send it back and start out with another seller!!
